Actually they said there wasn't an issue because the whole controversy was based on a preview of a track - but the company that owns the other song said they would watch. No issue.

Well from what I heard they said it could all kick off again but at the momment it's all quiet. Warner's Korean headquarters have said that it's not comfirmed to be plagiarized so they are sending the track to the US headquarters to get a final verdict but that's what I've heard at least from my sources.

I agree.. G-D's "Heartbreaker" isn't really a big deal.. they may have the same tune but it's seriously a different song from that "Right Round" song..
