The timeline is awesome but how about the wrong spelling 'Fukuka Asuka'? Absolutely, it must be Fukuda Asuka. :cool:

For me, Yaguchi Mari is formely known as "RETIRED" member of Morning Musume and Fujimoto Miki is considered as "RESIGNED". The colour of the bar should be different than yellow bar for the formerly "GRADUATED" members of Morning Musume (I think...) ;)

yes, I thought about doing something with Yaguchi and Miki's bars. I will have another think about what to do.

And for me both 'resigned'. Now as to how much they each wanted to or were forced we will never know. So i'll just treat them as 'left' rather than graduated, and sort out a way to show that.

Pretty easy to do the top bit, copy/paste lol

As it says on the member timeline thread and on the bottom of the chart, "Redrawn from pingbook MM Fanclub version" which was, I think, a Thi fanclub that folded in around 2005. I redrew bits, customised it and updated it. I try to always give credit where credit is due which is why I put that on the chart and in the thread, but I think I maybe should have put it on this thread as well, so I have now :D

IMHO, prob coincidental :)

They did a rehash of that cover on the 10th Anniversary Singles Album... I hope the "love machine curse" doesn't applies to that pic too

hmm, lines not quite right ;) that was when the announcement was made for 3 new members, but you're right, needs to be actually when they were added. Have edited :)

Actually, I think what's written in that timeline for March 12 could be worded better. According to ASAYAN's own website, submissions for the 2nd generation had to be postmarked no later than April 6. I think March 12 must have been when Tsunku announced his intention of adding 3 new members. Go to:

BTW, what program are you using for the graph? I'm in the process of creating one that's closer to the one that used to be on the PPN, but I'm doing it in Excel at the moment.
