It seems that there will be two singles released simultaneously: One will be Fujimoto Miki's version of "Oki Tegami", and the other will be Horiuchi Takao's version (not a duet single, as we previously reported). "Fujimoto is looking forward for the chart battle with her senpai."

I don't think the new song will be enka. It's said to be a childrens song.

Yes, and in the newspaper reports it apparently says Miki will restart as a soloist. So we will have more mikitty goodies after this.

Ah, as soon as we started discussing her future, she makes a comeback! I'm happy that she's going to have solo career, even though she was never my favorite. Her voice is too good for her to slip into the cracks of Hello! Project.

It look as if shes going to start from the beginning, with singing more children songs, then move maybe into pop etc. untill maybe she can start singing the mature songs she sings with GAM. I must admit I'm quite sad that theres no news on a GAM revival but at leasts she's back.

Hmmm, it's like 'Enka Light'. Need to hear more because it does not seem like it really gets going, if you are going to do enka-ish stuff, then give it some full blast like Maeda Yuki.

Not too impressed with what I heard so far, but it does give Mikitty a chance to show off her nice voice, even if it doesn't really suit the song IMO (or at least what we have heard in those clips).

There wasn't enough publicity in my opinion. It was announced, people talked and then forgot all about it.

the choice of song wasn't good IMO they should've made her sing something that could capture the attention of the fans, not some enka song.

yeah, well all the soloists in H!P are doing really badly right now, they're all suffering from a lack of a strong fanbase that's willing to buy cds, and low publicity. Mikitty is easily no exception.
