The covers for C-ute’s 13th single titled Dance de Bakoon! have been released on the official H!P site.
Like expected the cover that Maimi revealed on the Ustream show was the Regular version cover, and even though we can’t tell how well it looks from the small image I am still impressed at how well the theme came out and how well it combines with the outfits.
The Limited A cover and the Limited B cover on the other hand feature a bit more color in both the background and color of the title.
For example the Limited A cover has a pink tint in the title and it features all of the members posing together while a building is in the background, and even though it is somewhat hard to read the title I have to admit that the Limited A cover is my favorite.
The Limited B cover on the other hand features Airi in the middle while everyone else is in a line on either side of her with a purple tinted title and a colorful background, and like the Limited A I really like it although the title is still somewhat hard to read.
Overall I love all of the covers since they each have a unique theme as well as a certain elegance, and despite the titles being a bit hard to read in two of the covers I do like them all very much, especially the Limited A cover which has elegance, cute pictures of the girls, a pink tinted title, plus a great background.
All that is left to see for the single is the PV so hopefully we get to see a preview sometime soon.
S/mileage’s 3rd single, currently untitled, has been announced. The single will be available in 4 versions: Regular, Limited A (+DVD), Limited B (+DVD), and Limited C (+DVD).
Sugaya Risako’s dark rival character in the anime Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou called Himuro Ibu will have a solo CD debut along with her “rival” Kitagawa Mimi (Ogawa Mana) who will also release a new single.
This is a very clever idea to bring the “rivalry” from the anime to life since they will be simultaneously releasing singles in a “battle for girl power”, and even though we have no more information as of right now I am excited to see if they will perform the songs in character
Risako definitely has the vocal skills for a solo single, but even though I am more familiar with Risako I am looking forward to listening to Mana’s single as well since I don’t really know that much about her.
This will be Risako’s solo debut as well as the first solo release from a Berryz Koubou member (if I remember correctly) so even though we don’t know much right know I am still excited to see how the song will sound and how the cover will look.
For now there isn’t much information apart from the preliminary announcement so a release date, tracklist, and more information should be released sometime soon in the coming weeks.
